Luz Garcia is the youngest of 5 sisters in a family of teachers. She has worked in education for the past 16 years, first as a teacher and then as a principal of various schools.
 
She is passionate about leading and guiding the next generation towards Jesus. She has been working as a Young Adult Group Leader for the past 9 years at her church and is currently wrapping up her 4th year of seminary school. Education has always been a constant in Luz's life. She enjoys singing, playing the piano, and spending time with her family.
 
In addition to working at Just One, Luz is vice principle at a local public school that serves children from 1st-9th grade. While she loves her time with students, she loves empowering teachers and providing all the necessary resources for a school to succeed. She is considered "the nice administrator" among her students.
